The International ABA Training Academy (IABATA) was established to provide high-quality, internationally recognised Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) education that is practical, ethical, and accessible to learners worldwide.
As an IBAO Accredited Training Provider, our mission is to develop knowledgeable, compassionate, and competent behaviour analysis practitioners through engaging, evidence-based training that bridges the gap between theory and practice.
We believe effective training should do more than teach concepts—it should prepare learners to apply behavioural science confidently, ethically, and with professionalism in the environments where they work. Every programme delivered through IABATA is designed to equip learners with practical skills, critical thinking, and a strong foundation in ethical practice.
IABATA was founded by Alison Hogan and Rahma Farah, two experienced behaviour analysts who share a passion for advancing the quality of behaviour analysis education through practical teaching, mentorship, and professional development.
Together, they bring extensive experience across clinical practice, education, organisational leadership, supervision, and service development, ensuring that every course reflects both the science of behaviour analysis and its real-world application.

Alison Hogan is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UKBA(cert) with extensive clinical experience delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services for autistic children and young people across home, educational, clinical, and community settings.
Throughout her career, Alison has worked closely with individuals, families, schools, local authorities, and multidisciplinary professionals to design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioural interventions that promote meaningful improvements in communication, independence, learning, and quality of life. Her experience includes behavioural assessment, skill acquisition programming, behaviour support planning, parent and professional training, and clinical supervision.
Alongside her clinical practice, Alison is the founder and Managing Director of Beehive ABA, an Ofsted-registered specialist ABA provision, Creative Behavioural Solutions (CBS), delivering behaviour-analytic services across home, school, and community environments, and Thrive Therapy, supporting military families through internationally funded ABA services. Through these organisations, she has developed and led multidisciplinary teams, established high-quality ABA services, and mentored behaviour technicians, supervisors, and behaviour analysts.
Alison is passionate about developing the next generation of behaviour analysis professionals through training that is practical, evidence based, and grounded in ethical practice. She believes that effective learning comes from combining behavioural science with real-world clinical experience, enabling learners to confidently apply ABA in the settings where it matters most.

Rahma Farah is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), UKBA(cert), International Behaviour Analyst (IBA), and Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across educational, residential, and community settings.
Through Prospering Minds Consultancy Ltd, Rahma has worked collaboratively with children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to design and implement evidence-based behavioural support programmes that promote meaningful outcomes and improve quality of life. Her clinical experience spans behavioural assessment, intervention planning, staff training, parent coaching, and the implementation of positive behavioural support across a range of environments.
Rahma is particularly passionate about culturally responsive, compassionate, and ethical behaviour analysis. She is committed to empowering professionals and organisations with the knowledge and confidence to deliver person-centred support while fostering inclusive and supportive environments for those they work with.
Through IABATA, Rahma brings her enthusiasm for teaching and professional development to help learners build strong behavioural knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence to apply ABA ethically and effectively in everyday practice.
At IABATA, we are committed to delivering training that reflects the highest standards of professional practice. Our programmes combine scientific evidence, practical application, and ethical decision-making to prepare learners for meaningful careers supporting individuals through Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Whether you are taking your first steps into the profession or developing your existing knowledge, our goal is to provide learning that is engaging, internationally recognised, and directly applicable to real-world practice.
